Landscaping Part II

We did more yard work on Sunday. We pulled out more ick that was cluttering the beds and planted ferns and hostas. We aren't quite finished, but the yard is really starting to come along!

The Belly: Week 22

Here are some pictures we took on Sunday. I would like to thank Chelsea for the new tops and Jeff for putting up with my outfit changes during our "photo-shoot"! Week 22 is going well so far. We are getting more and more excited to meet our little baby! We went to mass on Sunday and I have to say I think the baby really enjoyed it. I've felt very little movement until a couple of days ago, but Sunday morning was a record breaker! The kicks, rolls and flutters I felt in mass were a bit distracting while I was trying to focus on the homily.

The Belly: Week 21

Here's an update picture of my belly. Any concern I may have had about not gaining enough weight is now null and void... the weight is gaining and the belly (and baby!) are growing!

A Night to Forget Me Not

Here are some pictures from the 3rd Annual Night to Forget Me Not. We raised over $2,700.00 for the Alzheimer's Association. Thanks to everyone who donated and helped make the event a success!

The Belly: Week 19

We took a couple of pictures of the belly this morning. They aren't my finest  photo-ops, but you can really see how big my belly is getting!!

Oh, and as I'm sure you'll notice I can't see my feet anymore when I look down!!!

I think that my actual belly (bare) looks like a really nice fake belly!

Ultrasound

We had an ultrasound today!!! Everything looked good. The baby is measuring a little small (about a week small), but this is about as small as it was measuring at the first ultrasound so it's growing at the right pace. They were a little concerned that the placenta might be a bit low, but the doctor we talked with wasn't that worried about it.

Eggshelland!

Eggshelland!!

We had a great dinner Saturday night with Nick and Kolleen. Once we were done with dinner and on our way home we took a quick stop at Eggshelland! It was so neat. Jeff and I already have big plans to take the baby there next year!!! Thanks to Kolleen for knowing the super fun (and somewhat strange) things to do on the way home from Little Italy. What a neat way to celebrate Easter and to share that celebration with the community!

Landscaping

I did some landscaping on Saturday. I started trimming bushes, I didn't quite finish, which is obvious with the photos, we still need to pull out the stumps I left behind. The side of the house is starting to look like it is covered with siding and NOT brush! :)

We still have a long way to go, but some nice progress was made over the weekend! Hopefully we will have time this week to get more of this overgrown brush cleared out!
