Independence Day 2014

We had a great Independence Day weekend. We got to go to Blossom and Port Clinton. It was a blast!!

The PC kitchen is being redone. It is looking good and during construction A decided that she needed to make sure things (like her little tush) fit properly!

New Bed!!

A got a big girl bed and she loves it!!! :) This bed is well loved and used. A's Auntie used this bed for a LONG time (probably too long!) and then her cousin got to use it before it got passed to A.

We fall...

We all fall. Some more than others. A apparently has my uncanny abilities to trip over air. She made quite the showing on Friday afternoon tripping over nothing, falling, smacking her head and face, before getting up to show us her nice forehead welt. After that, I let her play with my phone for the last 30 seconds of our drive home (something I almost never let her do) and she learned how to take selfies! She was so happy with her new found selfie ability!

Announcement!!

We're excited to announce that we are expecting again!! A's little sibling is due on December 12th and we are all very excited!!

Sunday funday!

We had a great weekend! We played, cleaned and got to see family. We also got to enjoy the beautiful weather and get the house aired out. A loved having the windows and porch open.

Ayla and Mama day

Ayla and I are having a surprise day together. She is finally starting to feel better, but got Mrs. P.  sick. Ayla and I plan on having some fun time together on this rainy Friday! Don't worry our fun will be mixed with lots of rest so she can be back to 100% soon.

Happy New Year to all! We hope that 2014 has come into your lives in a wonderful way and that you and your family are blessed in the new year.

2013 was a wonderful year for us. Just before Christmas A and I got to go to DC with the rest of my family to see Chelsea and Calvin. Unfortunately Jeff had to work so he wasn't able to make the trip with us, but A and I made it home in time to spend Christmas with Jeff and his family.

We had a great time in DC. A did a great job on the long car rides both there and back; she was also a champ during our wonderful tour of the White House. Here are some of the photos of our jaunt to DC.
